Kashiff is a partner in McKinsey’s digital work, specializing in the intersection of customer experience and AI for the public, private, and social sectors, as well as the tourism, events, and entertainment industries. With more than 20 years of award-winning work spanning 32 countries, he brings a rare combination of creative rigor and deep AI fluency to some of the region’s most ambitious transformation programs. He collaborates with governments, multilaterals, and service organizations to design human-centered digital solutions that strengthen citizen trust, satisfaction, and engagement.
Drawing on his background in design, technology, and analytics, Kashiff helps leaders reimagine how data and AI solutions can meaningfully improve citizens’ experiences with public services. In addition, he has built ecosystem-wide customer experience measurement and management programs for tourism bodies; shaped arts, culture, and events strategies for marquee global destinations; and developed AI solutions for institutions.
Kashiff’s recent client work includes:
- designing and launching end-to-end digital citizen journeys for a government, reshaping the future resident experience across the city
- reimagining visitor touchpoints for a luxury tourism destination
- designing and activating a regional destination marketing organization strategy to enhance the experience of more than ten million annual visitors
- leading the setup of a center for immersive experiences, partnering with leading gaming and frontier technology companies to redefine experience design and delivery
- building a national innovation and policy unit for a government ministry, from strategy conception through first-round delivery
Prior to McKinsey, Kashiff held senior leadership roles in Dubai, London, and New York, including heading a digital, events, marketing, and entertainment agency.
He holds degrees in engineering and continues to explore how empathy, technology, and data can redefine the future of public experience.
