Empowers leading real estate organizations to succeed in the face of disruption

Aditya is the global leader of McKinsey’s Real Estate Practice and a senior partner at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey.

He advises many of the world’s leading owners, developers, investors, operators, service providers, and technology companies on strategy, growth, and transformation. He also advises organizations for which real estate is a strategic asset—including corporate occupiers, retailers, educational institutions, and public-sector organizations—on how to rethink their portfolios to support growth, customer experience, productivity, and long-term value creation. In addition, he partners with leading private equity firms throughout the investment life cycle, helping underwrite value during diligence and realize that value through portfolio transformation and exit.

The basis of competition in real estate is expanding. Capital, development, and investment remain fundamental, but increasingly they are not enough. Tomorrow’s industry leaders will differentiate themselves through operational excellence, customer experience, artificial intelligence, and the ability to continuously reinvent how they create value.

Since founding McKinsey’s Real Estate Practice over a decade ago, Aditya has worked alongside many of the industry’s leading organizations through successive waves of transformation. Through his work at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, he helps CEOs, boards, and investors harness AI not simply to automate work, but to transform how real estate companies compete, operate, and create value. By bringing together deep real estate expertise with AI innovations and lessons from across industries, he helps clients reinvent their businesses and build lasting competitive advantage.

Outside of his client work, Aditya serves on the boards of America Needs You and the Regional Plan Association. He lives in New York with his wife and daughter.
