Amadeo, a senior partner based in the Middle East, works with leading companies across the energy, logistics, industrial, healthcare, and government sectors on issues related to strategy, operations, and organization. He leads the People & Organizational Performance Practice in the EEMA region (Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East, and Africa), helping clients redesign and transform their organizations.
Amadeo serves energy and logistics companies, as well as industrial conglomerates, on their transformation, growth, and operational strategies. In one recent project, he advised a global ports and logistics player, implementing world-class organization and supporting their performance transformation globally.
In other projects, he supported an industrial conglomerate in a multiyear effort to develop a strategy to achieve leading operational performance and capabilities, as well as a major oil and gas player in transforming its operations by leveraging digital and AI and building a performance-oriented culture.
Amadeo also works with public-sector entities in their transformation process. His projects have included transforming several major infrastructure, power, and mobility players into AI-native organizations to improve their outcomes, cost, and citizen experience.
