With more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry with focus on Europe, Anna works across the full value chain and CEO agenda from strategy to operations and organization, focusing on Europe.

Anna helps clients accelerate the cost reduction and scaling of climate technologies, innovate circular economy business models, and build new green businesses that deliver lasting impact.

Her recent work spans operating model design, strategy development, and business building for clients across the energy transition and circular economy, including:

  • Multiple Nordic and European energy companies on integrated transformations, future growth strategies, and decarbonization pathways
  • Global energy technology and specialty chemicals players on sustainability strategy and organizational design
  • Large-scale BECCS (bioenergy with carbon capture and storage) projects on FID preparation, capex optimization, and business case development
  • Circular and green ventures on value engineering, business building partnerships, and due diligence
  • Development of 2040 strategies for district heating companies and growth strategies for green chemistry businesses
  • Creation of new business concepts in the home energy and heat pump sectors
