Becca is a Senior Partner and McKinsey’s global leader of Client Capabilities. She serves on McKinsey’s Enablement Team, the global leadership body that steers our firm. She is passionate about helping organizations grow with purpose—building the capabilities, culture, and leadership needed to thrive amid disruption and deliver enduring performance.

As the leader of the firm’s capabilities, she oversees 13 global areas, including tech and AI, strategy and corporate finance, risk and resilience, marketing and growth, operations, sustainability, transformation, and people and organizational performance—bringing together the full breadth of McKinsey’s expertise to help clients achieve lasting impact.

A long-time leader in the retail and consumer goods sectors, Becca previously led the firm’s Global Consumer Practice. She partners with executives at leading consumer, travel, and technology companies to drive performance transformations that deliver measurable business outcomes while embedding lasting sources of competitive advantage. Becca previously led McKinsey’s global recovery and transformation work and was an early leader of the McKinsey Design Practice, shaping how human-centered design fuels innovation and growth.

She earned her MBA from the Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She lives in Chicago with her husband and twin sons and remains a die-hard fan of the Maize and Blue.
