Chenan leads McKinsey’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice in Greater China and has deep expertise in e-commerce, internet, technology innovation, and digital transformation. He has a wealth of experience serving digital and technology innovators on both strategic and operational topics that fuel growth. Chenan actively advises companies operating in the broad digital and e-commerce ecosystem, including brands, retailers, supply chain and logistics companies, and digital service and software providers.
Chenan combines strategic thinking with real-world, hands-on expertise in e-commerce operations and digital transformation to identify pragmatic solutions that help companies differentiate and win in today’s new digital world. He recently spent two years outside of McKinsey successfully building and launching an e-commerce marketplace from scratch.
