Danielle is a senior partner based in McKinsey’s New York office where she leads the firm’s global Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Practices. She has deep knowledge of a broad range of functional topics important in these areas, including strategy, marketing and sales, business building, digital and commercial topics, and operational transformations. She also brings an extensive and nuanced understanding of the opportunities to provide better consumer experiences in each of these sectors.
Danielle previously served as the global coleader for McKinsey’s Travel, Logistics & Infrastructure Practice.
Examples of Danielle’s client engagements include the following:
- developing and executing long-term transformation and growth strategies for multiple retail, consumer packaged goods, and travel organizations, including value proposition reinvention, pricing and promotion optimization, and capability building in digital, omnichannel, marketing, and personalization
- leading multiple efforts with at-scale and smaller high-growth B2C, direct-to-consumer (D2C), and consumer companies, focusing on end-to-end strategy, innovation, M&A, marketing, channel, and organizational efforts
- leading significant efforts supporting several consumer-focused private-equity groups across the investment process, from due diligence and post-deal planning to long-term portfolio company transformations and exit
Outside of her client work, Danielle previously led McKinsey’s North American recruiting team and McKinsey’s pro bono support for several leading charitable organizations, including the Robin Hood Foundation, the National Trust for Local News, and the American Ballet Theatre.
