Gustaw is the leader of the Global Energy & Materials Practice in Central and Eastern Europe and an expert in providing guidance on strategy. He specializes in the energy, oil and gas, chemicals, mining, and manufacturing sectors, advising clients on growth, portfolio strategy, operational transformation, and performance management. His experience includes leveraging advanced technologies to optimize production processes, asset management, and investment implementation. In the area of energy transition, Gustaw advises global clients on decarbonization, the implementation of production technologies, and the development of sustainable business models.

He is the author of reports on the state and prospects of the Polish and European energy sectors, as well as the potential of AI in business development in Poland. Gustaw graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in quantitative methods and information systems in economics, specializing in business informatics, and has gained experience by strategically supporting clients across six continents.

In his free time, Gustaw enjoys high-altitude mountaineering, sailing, and ski touring.
