Jeremy has led much of McKinsey’s groundbreaking research on new and emerging technologies. He currently coleads McKinsey’s software work in North America.

Jeremy’s areas of expertise include enterprise software, information services, telecommunications strategy and marketing, and high-tech sales and marketing. He has advised a wide range of leading enterprise software, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and industrial technology clients. His project experience encompasses a wide range of areas, including XaaS business-model transition and optimization, M&A evaluation and integration, strategy, sales effectiveness, agile marketing, and customer experience.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Jeremy helped start and run three technology companies, including a B2B SaaS startup. He began his career as a software developer and is the author of a JavaScript programming textbook, JavaScript for the Web.
