Jesús is at the forefront of exciting and ambitious digital-transformation programs across Latin America. Working mainly with financial-services firms, airlines, insurance, and retail companies, he helps companies in the region increase revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce costs while leveraging a wide range of McKinsey’s capabilities, including process digitization, design thinking, and analytics.

Before arriving at McKinsey, Jesús worked in engineering services and technology-driven businesses. With this experience, he brings practical, hands-on knowledge and conceptual understanding. Jesús relates to the challenges his clients face firsthand, since he has directed strategy and operations from the ground up in an increasingly digitized environment.

Recently, Jesús helped a financial-services firm achieve a step-change in digital sales, leveraging advanced analytics, digital marketing, and end-to-end process digitization. He also led a customer-experience transformation program for an industry leader with more than 50,000 employees, reinventing core journeys and building capabilities in the front line.

Outside of McKinsey, Jesús enjoys running, playing tennis, and traveling.
