Over the past decade, Ju-Hon has advised leading asset managers, alternative-investment firms and institutional investors—particularly sovereign wealth funds, large pensions, and insurers—and technology firms on issues related to growth strategy, investment strategy, product development, sales and distribution, M&A, organizational capability building, and firm governance. Across this work, his focus has been helping global investors build unique sources of competitive advantage and design next-generation investment and growth strategies. Ju-Hon’s client service has spanned Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America.
Ju-Hon has also served as an affiliate of the McKinsey Global Institute, the business and economics research arm of McKinsey, where he has published on macroeconomic topics and financial markets, including reports on debt, deleveraging, and financial globalization.
Ju-Hon received his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named Baker Scholar, Henry Ford II Scholar, and the Thomas M. and Edna E. Wolfe Scholar. He also holds an MA in East Asian studies from Yale University, and a BA with first class honors in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University.
