  • assessing a transport technology company’s strategy and transformation effort to boost performance with an eye on future growth, including sharpening the customer experience, driving cost savings, engineering productivity, ensuring sales improvements, and undertaking customer and market trend analyses
  • developing future ridership and revenue/cost scenarios for an urban transit authority by conducting GDP and econometric modeling drawing on commute, leisure, and tourism travel trends, as well as developing an AI-based workforce demand forecasting tool to support staff scheduling and hiring needs
  • providing an analytical perspective on the future of work for a US state by helping the governor and cabinet assess new remote/hybrid work models, commute patterns, automation, and technology shifts
