Leigh is a partner in McKinsey’s Seattle office and a leader in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Private Equity & Principal Investors Practices. She helps investors, life sciences companies, and academic and research institutions drive growth and innovation. Her main focus is on accelerating the adoption of new biopharmaceuticals and medical products.
Before joining McKinsey, Leigh practiced as a plastic surgeon with a focus on hand, microsurgery, and oncologic reconstructions.
