Guides digital and analytics transformations for clients in the United Kingdom and Europe

Louise leads QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Israel. She helps consumer and client-facing organizations scale impact from digital and analytics, helping them capture opportunities through new growth platforms, rethinking consumer-engagement models, and improved organizational performance.

With expertise in the application of analytics-based solutions, Louise helps executives address both the challenges and opportunities created by using data to make successful business decisions. Recognizing that true transformation takes more than a single successful project, Louise focuses on building sustainable analytical skills within organizations.

Previously, Louise led and scaled McKinsey's Analytics Academy globally, which supports organizations’ capability building and acceleration of their talent advantage. In addition to her work with McKinsey, Louise sits on the Advisory Council of Kings Business School.
