Marc Chiapolino is a Partner in McKinsey’s Paris office, where he leads the Financial Services / Risk Management practice, working with several leading financial institutions in France and across Europe.

He primarily advises banks, insurers, and asset managers on topics such as strategy and growth, regulatory challenges, and operational, digital, and AI-driven transformations.

Marc also supports organizations in risk management, financial steering, resource optimization, and compliance. He implements innovative approaches leveraging digital tools and artificial intelligence, with a specific focus on delivering tangible impact and measurable results. His areas of expertise include regulatory remediation, the organization and performance of core functions, and balance sheet management.

Marc joined McKinsey in 2008 after an experience in M&A at a leading global financial services firm in Paris. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
