Since joining McKinsey, Natacha has been leading large-scale organizational transformation, with a focus on change management in the context of AI transformation. She helps organizations redesign leadership, culture, and ways of working as AI fundamentally reshapes how work gets done.

Natacha offers direct coaching support to senior and emerging leaders. She designs leadership programs that help leaders thrive in digital and AI-era transformation—addressing how they show up personally, how they lead their teams, and how they build cultures of empowerment and innovation. Her work starts by identifying the leadership capabilities needed to deliver business results, followed by the design and delivery of programs to shift mindsets and meet those needs. She has led enterprise-wide transformation efforts touching more than 100,000 employees across multiple global organizations.

Having worked and lived in Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, Natacha is highly experienced in addressing a range of diverse cultures and building leadership skills that recognize and bridge local cultural contexts.

• leading an enterprise-wide culture and leadership transformation for a global life sciences organization, touching more than 100,000 employees on new ways of working, operating, and leading
• designing and delivering leadership programs for senior leaders navigating digital and AI-era transformation, integrating experiential formats, including wilderness, digital, and arts-based learning
• leading a team-focused transformation to drive innovation and empowerment at global life sciences organizations
• driving a culture of inclusion and belonging through enterprise-wide leadership and operating model transformation, including a redesign of the role of employee resource groups
• diagnosing and architecting a large-scale leadership-transformation program for the top 200 leaders of a large Turkish conglomerate.

As an International Coaching Community (ICC) certified master coach (also MBTI and LCP certified), Natacha draws on adult-development disciplines to help leaders transform themselves. She advises organizations on the mindsets and capabilities leaders need to thrive in the AI era—combining deep transformation expertise with a focus on empowerment, innovation, and human-centered leadership.
