Nina focuses on large-scale performance, cost (SG&A), operating model and culture transformations, institutional capability building, and leadership development across the private and social sectors with a particular emphasis on consumer goods and retail.
She is particularly passionate about the future of work—including combining a human-centered approach with the rewiring of operations for the age of digital and AI—and about building capabilities that enable sustainable change and performance.
Her core expertise lies in increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency to better deliver on strategic goals. This includes redesigning operating models and structures to be fit for purpose, optimizing business processes and ways of working, fostering healthy organizational cultures, and implementing change management approaches that ensure impact on the ground. She helps leaders strengthen their top teams, build capabilities, and shift leadership mindsets to accelerate the transformations.
She previously served for five years as the leader of McKinsey’s European social sector hub, supporting public, international, and social sector organizations.
With a strong commitment to the Romandie region, Nina engages in the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce’s Lake Geneva Chapter and is also a member of the Chambre de commerce, d’industrie et des services de Genève.
Before joining McKinsey, Nina was an attorney-at-law specializing in M&A. She is a native French and German speaker and is also fluent in English and Spanish.
