Robert is a partner in the Boston office of McKinsey & Company. He leads the consumer Digital and Analytics Practices in North America and the Boston office of McKinsey Digital, where he focuses on digital and analytics transformations for consumer and healthcare clients.

Examples of recent client experiences include:

  • developing the digital, analytics, data and automation strategy, road map, and implementation for global confectionery, pet-food, and coffee companies
  • redesigning the technology organizations for global beverage, spirits, and beer companies
  • supporting post-merger IT integrations and disentanglements for global beverage and coffee companies
  • transforming support functions for consumer and healthcare companies through digital, analytics, and automation

Robert has also led the development of two McKinsey software solutions now supporting around 100 clients.

Prior to McKinsey, Robert was CEO of an online media distribution start-up and an IT strategy and operations consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation. He graduated with honors from Harvard University.
