Sahil serves a wide range of companies across European public sector institutions, where she has led on work to support the adoption of AI technologies across Europe.

Sahil has deep technical expertise at the intersection of technology-based growth strategies for private sector clients and European digitization policies. Her areas of expertise also include talent management, organizational development, and operating model issues.

Sahil’s experience in managing complex EU-wide and transnational projects at McKinsey and in previous roles includes leading large-scale studies and research, and working with multicultural and multilanguage teams.

Sahil has studied in the US and Germany and has an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and Haas School of Business in Berkeley, as well as an MSc in business administration from the University of Munster.
