Advises global telecommunications and tech companies on how to leverage their data to bring AI and analytics to every business decision

Sebastian is a partner in McKinsey’s Miami office and a core leader in the firm’s Telecom, Media & Tech Practice. He works extensively with telecom operators around the world, helping them tackle their most complex challenges by leveraging data and AI.
