Leads McKinsey’s work with financial institutions in France and is one of the global leaders for the Implementation Practice.

Sébastien is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Paris office. Previously, he worked in our New York and Singapore offices.

Sébastien leads our work for financial institutions in France. He also coleads the firm’s work for banking and insurance clients in Europe. Sébastien specializes in growth, marketing, distribution, and post-merger integration issues, advising clients in banking, wealth management, and insurance. He is particularly active in designing entry strategies for new geographic markets, piloting post-merger management programs, and improving operational processes and organizational structures.

Sébastien also organizes McKinsey’s annual Private Banking Survey, and has contributed to several recent R&D initiatives in the savings market and retail banking. He regularly engages with industry associations in the banking and insurance sectors.

In addition, Sébastien is one of the global leaders for McKinsey's Implementation Practice, which provides long-term support to help build clients' capabilities on the ground, prevent delays and achieve sustainable bottom-line results.
