Seckin works with senior leaders across public and private sector organizations to rewire how services are delivered and how people and technology work together in an AI-enabled world.
She advises on complex service delivery transformations, with deep experience driving large-scale systems change in regulated environments. Her work focuses on deploying AI-enabled and agentic ways of working, modernizing frontline and back-office operations, and building adaptive, skills-based organizations that deliver better outcomes for customers and citizens.
Seckin leads McKinsey’s research on the future of work in Australia and has published with the McKinsey Global Institute. Her work explores the impact of AI on the workforce, including the evolution of skills, capturing the productivity opportunity, and the transition to AI-enabled operating models.
She also leads McKinsey Australia’s Education Practice, focusing on the role of education and skills systems in enabling workforce transitions. Drawing on more than 15 years in senior public sector roles prior to joining McKinsey, she works closely with governments on education reform, workforce strategy, and large-scale transformation.

- designing an agentic operating model blueprint for a major insurer
- developing an AI roadmap for a large government service delivery agency
- supporting a leading university on the investment case for a major strategic venture
- building a skills and capability strategy for a major service delivery transformation
- supporting a national workforce review using McKinsey Global Institute analysis.
Prior to McKinsey, Seckin held senior roles in the Australian public sector, including Head of Strategy for Jobs for NSW and leadership roles in the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet. She currently sits on the board of the Committee for Sydney.
Outside of work, Seckin enjoys exploring her city with her husband and two daughters and experimenting with Turkish cooking.
