Simone is a partner in the Milan office. He joined McKinsey in 2009 and currently leads the advanced industries sector in the Mediterranean office. He also coleads the Aerospace & Defense Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Simone primarily serves advanced industries companies, with a focus on strategy, marketing and sales, operations, and aftermarket and services. He has an MBA from INSEAD, a Diplôme de Grande École from ESCP Business School, and a master of science from City, University of London.
