Subu is a leader in aftermarket and field services in McKinsey’s global Operations Practice, as well as a leader in our Quantum Black Practice. He has built at-scale digital services businesses for several companies, including business model creation, customer co-creation, scalable technology development, and standing up digital organizations. He also built a suite of AI tools for service operations.
Subu’s mission is to empower a generation of bold, purpose-led business leaders building services and sustainable businesses. He is also an Indian classical vocalist and percussionist with over 100 concerts across the world and four albums. He lives in London with his family.
