Takuya is head of McKinsey Digital in Japan and the AI center of excellence. He leads McKinsey’s digital and AI work, supporting corporate transformation from piloting to full-scale implementation and scaling of digital and analytics solutions. He has extensive experience both domestically and internationally and resided in the United States for 21 years. With over 25 years of experience serving on government committees and in other roles, Takuya uses his deep expertise in AI, telecommunications, and semiconductor accelerators to provide practical consulting across a broad spectrum—from strategy formulation to execution support—for client companies.
