He has led more than 20 large-scale transformation efforts, ranging from merger integration to large-scale growth and productivity programs. Examples of his work include:
- developing a holistic performance transformation of a North American railroad, helping our client achieve all-time best and industry-leading performance across productivity, safety, and customer experience measures
- developing the commercialization of the nonclassified product portfolio for a global aerospace and defense company, including evaluation of more than 50 potential technologies and potential markets
- creating the distribution strategy for a Fortune 200 hotel chain, evaluating channel and partner relationships in the rapidly evolving digital landscape
