Andreas is a partner in McKinsey's Cologne office and is active in the Operations Practice. He especially drives innovation in applying advanced analytics to the manufacturing environment to solve productivity and quality issues or to improve demand forecasting and scheduling. Prior to joining McKinsey in 2009, he gained extensive experience in production technology and process development at a worldwide automotive and industry supplier. At McKinsey, Andreas focuses his client work on industrial clients mainly in automotive and machinery.
