Konstantin Habernoll

PartnerMunich

Konstantin is a partner in McKinsey’s Munich office who helps consumer packaged goods companies, especially in food and beverage, shape growth strategies and deliver commercial performance. He works with C-suite and business unit leaders to design and execute multi-market programs across revenue growth management, key account excellence, and sales force effectiveness. He also plays a leading role in advancing the firm’s approach to accelerating the away-from-home channel, helping clients identify where to win and build the commercial capabilities required to capture that growth.

His client service spans global and regional consumer goods players, whom he supports on growth strategy development, commercial transformations, and capability-building initiatives across Europe, North America, and other international markets. Konstantin brings particular depth in revenue growth management, covering pricing architecture, promotions, assortment, and trade terms (including international alliances), and has helped multiple clients define and scale these strategies across diverse markets. He is also known for his work institutionalizing away-from-home acceleration approaches across several leading companies.

Outside of McKinsey, Konstantin is passionate about sports, especially handball, in which he competed as an ambitious player and remains active in shaping the sport’s future. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys weekends in the Alps.
