He serves as Global Co-Leader of McKinsey’s Advanced Industries Lifecycle Practice and has published extensively on winning in services and recurring revenue models.
In addition, he supports corporate and investor clients across the full M&A lifecycle — from strategy and due diligence to post-merger value creation.

Sebastian has been managing partner of our Düsseldorf office, shaping the office’s growth and culture across a team of approximately 500 colleagues. He has launched our regional startup initiative and engages in transatlantic relationships - being a Young Leader of Atlantik-Brücke e.V. - as well as various social initiatives.
