Todd is a partner in our Washington, DC, office where he serves state and local governments as well as educational institutions on topics ranging from program design and delivery to broad agency transformation. He is also the North American leader for McKinsey’s public sector infrastructure work, which includes building McKinsey’s capabilities to support cross-sector ambitions to meet the next generation’s need for transit and transportation, broadband and digital equity, and energy. Previously, Todd led our Reinvesting in America initiative focused on ensuring the United States maximizes the opportunity from nearly $2 trillion dollars in federal funding for infrastructure upgrades, clean energy, domestic semiconductor manufacturing, and science and technology innovation over the next ten or more years.
Todd brings experience from prior work in the federal government, a leading global think tank, and a not-for-profit serving states on innovative models for public finance. Over the last five years, Todd has led numerous pro bono efforts for the firm across Washington, DC; Puerto Rico; and his home state of Ohio. He is also an avid Hoya and leads the firm’s recruiting efforts at Georgetown.
